Valentina Ceserani is a graduate of the University of Pavia, with a bachelors degree in Bioengineering in 2017 and a masters degree in Cell and Tissue Bioengineering in 2020. Passionate about mathematics and fascinated by medicine, she got the chance to approach the world of research in the cardiovascular context during her master's thesis work. She will have the opportunity to apply the knowledge learned during the thesis project in her PhD course, which will provide the application of mathematical models and computational simulations for the study of anomalous origin of coronary arteries and systemic circulation.
